Registration Fees
Planning to attend the summer conference with a group of colleagues? Consider first becoming an organizational member before you register. At $500, an organizational membership allows you and seven colleagues in your organization(s) to become members. After you have become an organizational member, you can register for the conference at the reduced member price.
Early Registration (9/1/24 - 12/20/24)
- Current Member~$450
- Current Member and extend your current membership another year for only $60* more~$510
- Non-Member registration and purchase new membership for only $80* more~$530
- Non-Member registration only~$560
*Annual Membership Dues are normally $100 per year.
Regular Registration (12/21/24 - 2/7/25)
- Current Member~$500
- Current Member and extend your current membership another year for only $60* more~$560
- Non-Member registration and purchase new membership for only $80* more~$580

Late/Onsite Registration (2/7/25 - 3/8/25)

Teacher Candidates Registration (9/1/24 – 3/8/25)
- Registration only~$210*
- Registration & 1 year membership~$235**
**Annual Membership Dues for Teacher Candidates are normally $50 per year. The teacher candidate (Intern) registration rate for the NASUP Conference is reserved for full-time undergraduate students (those enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours.) After you register, please send a letter from your college or university advisor verifying your status as a full-time student for the 2025 spring semester to conferencechair@NASUP.org. If you have questions about the student rate, please contact conferencechair@NASUP.org.
Add-ons
- Extended Practitioner Focused Workshops–Price included in Conference Fee (registration required)
- 20th Anniversary Celebration Dinner–New Orleans-style cuisine at an evening event that includes dinner, entertainment, and a commemorative program and gift.~$75 ($50 for preservice teachers)
- Companion Meal Ticket–Includes a 20th Anniversary Celebration Dinner ticket and an Awards Luncheon ticket for invited guests not registered for the conference.~$175

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be sent in writing to admin@NASUP.org by Friday, December 20, 2024, to receive a 100% refund of the registration fee. After that date, no refund is available.
