CONFERENCE REGISTRATION opens October 15, 2025.

    NASUP 2025 National Conference registration includes:

    • Program attendance
    • Thursday Cocktail Hour
    • Thursday, Friday, and Saturday morning coffee breaks 
    • Thursday Welcome Luncheon
    • Friday Awards Luncheon

    Registration Fees

    Planning to attend the conference with a group of colleagues? Consider first becoming an organizational member before you register. At $500, an organizational membership allows you and seven colleagues in your organization(s) to become members. After you have become an organizational member, you can register for the conference at the reduced member price.

    Early Registration (10/15/25 - 12/1/25)
    • Current Member~$450
    • Current Member and extend your current membership another year for only $60* more~$510
    • Non-Member registration and purchase new membership for only $80* more~$530
    • Non-Member registration only~$560

    *Annual Membership Dues are normally $100 per year.

    Regular Registration (12/2/25 - 1/1/26)
    • Current Member~$500
    • Current Member and extend your current membership another year for only $60* more~$560
    • Non-Member registration and purchase new membership for only $80* more~$580
    • Non-Member registration only~$610

    Late/Onsite Registration (1/2/26 - 2/14/26)
    • Current Member~$550

    Teacher Candidates Registration (10/15/25 – 1/30/26)
    • Registration only~$210**
    • Registration & 1 year membership~$235**

    **Annual Membership Dues for Teacher Candidates are normally $50 per year. The teacher candidate (Intern) registration rate for the NASUP Conference is reserved for full-time undergraduate students (those enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours.)  After you register, please send a letter from your college or university advisor verifying your status as a full-time student for the 2026 spring semester to conferencechair@NAPDS.org.  If you have questions about the student rate, please contact conferencechair@NAPDS.org.

    Special Events–Individual Tickets (if not attending full conference)

    • Pre–Conference Event: Mentor Teacher Workshop ~$99
    • Pre–Conference Event: Mentor Teacher Workshop + Local Teacher 1 Day Ticket––Special rate available for DC area classroom teachers ~$249
    • Leadership Symosium––includes General Session: Keynote and Opening Luncheon. NO ADDITIONAL COST for conference attendees, but may be purchased separately ~$129
    • Pre-Service Teacher Event––NO ADDITIONAL COST for conference attendees, but may be purchased separately ~$29

    • Extended Practitioner Focused Workshops––NO ADDITIONAL COST; pre-register to confirm spot~$0

    • Companion Meal Ticket––Thursday happy hour, Thursday luncheon, and Friday luncheon ticket for invited guests not registered for the conference.~$125

    CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

    Cancellations must be sent in writing to admin@NASUP.org by Friday, December 12, 2025, to receive a 100% refund of the registration fee.  After that date, no refund is available.
