In November 2018, NAPDS joined fifteen other educational organizations in support of Kappa Delta Pi’s brief on appeal in Gary B., et al. v. Snyder, et al., 16-CV-13292 (E.D. Mi.). The organizations include Kappa Delta Pi, the International Literary Association, the National Association for Multicultural Education, Creative Change, International Council of Professors of Educational Leaders, Learning Disabilities Association of America, School Social Work Association of America, Teaching For Change, Education Leaders Without Borders, American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages, Association for Middle Level Education, Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocated, National Association of Secondary School Principals, National Council for the Social Studies, National Council of Teachers of English.
