NASUP is pleased to announce our endorsement of the AACTE Federal Policy Agenda, which advances federal priorities to strengthen educator preparation and address educator shortages nationwide. The agenda emphasizes high‑quality clinical preparation, educator workforce diversity, and sustained federal investment in school–university partnerships, including teacher residencies and other partnership‑based models. These priorities strongly align with NASUP’s mission to elevate and support collaborative work between P–12 schools and institutions of higher education. NASUP is proud to stand with AACTE in advocating for policies that recognize and resource school–university partnerships as essential to preparing and sustaining the educator workforce.
